Do we own the copyright on our images?

Table of Contents

The short answer is no.

Copyright is a legal term that is assigned automatically by law to the photographer, however, once we have given you the images they are yours to keep forever and to use as you wish (non commercially). As part of the service, you get one year’s access to an online gallery to download, share and print your images.

Copyright is a separate issue to privacy and you retain full control of your right to privacy of those images. If you don’t want us to show any photographs publicly, let us know and we’ll be happy to honour that.
